Nice little room with en suite shower. Clean facilities and a tea/coffee tray made the stay pleasant.

Stairs leading to the room are steep, which could be challenging, especially for those with mobility issues. A small fridge would have added a nice touch but was missing.

The location was perfect, just at the top of the hill leading to restaurants and the lake. The room was really comfy, and we got a good night's sleep without hearing any noise. Breakfast had lots of tasty options and was well-cooked. Free parking made everything hassle-free! 😊

Had a fantastic time with my friends, visiting the World of Beatrix Potter and Hilltop. The location is ideal for enjoying horse riding, cycling, and hiking. Our room was clean and comfortable, perfect for our group getaway. The breakfast was tasty and filling, setting us up for a day exploring the beautiful fells and surrounding sites.

The only downside was that the room was a bit on the small side, making it slightly challenging to move around comfortably.
